Methods A retrospective analysis of 356 cases of patients with chronic heart failure syndrome characterized by heart and kidney were analyzed. Results The incidence of heart and kidney syndrome in 24.2% ( 86/356); coronary heart disease (ischemic cardiomyopathy), pulmonary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease are the three main reasons for its occurrence; to moderate renal function impairment-based, GFR30 ~ 59ml/min accounting for 72.1 % (62/86), 15 ~ 29ml/min accounted for 12.81% (11/86), lt;15ml/min, 15.1% (13/86); with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI), diuretics, receptor blockers, blood purification, erythropoietin and iron have a certain effect. conclusion of the kidneys can occur in patients with chronic heart failure syndrome and renal damage in moderate-based, clinical treatment has some effect.
