Approach to standard Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, Salvia acid B as the internal standard, column: KromasilC18 column (4.6 * 20 mm, 5 μ m); mobile phase: mobile phase A: water - dimethylformamide -- glacial acetic acid (90:4:2), mobile phase B: methanol. Gradient elution; flow rate: 1.0 ml / min; detection wavelength: 281 nm. Results Danshensu recovery was 97.59% ~ 101.66%, RSD of 1.50% (n = 6); protocatechuic aldehyde recovery was 97.19% ~ 101.25%, RSD is 1.90%, (n = 6); Salvia acid B recovery was 100.39% ~ 102.11%, RSD of 0.6%, (n = 6). Conclusion The results show that the method is simple, reproducible, can be used as the sample detection method. MethodsSeparation was performed on an Kromasil C18 (5 μ m, 4.6 mm * 20 mm) with water-dimethylformanide-glacial acetic acid (90:4:2) as mobile phase and determination at 281nm. ResultsThe recoveries were between 97.59 and 104%. And RSD was not more than 2.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reproducible for determination of salvianic acid and protocatechuic aldhyde in Injection Danhong.
