The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile -0.5% formic acid (31:10:59 ) The flow rate was 1.0 mL * min-1, and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results The average recovery for salvianolic acid B was 101.5%, precision of the method was 1.95% (RSD, n = 6). Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of Junduqing granules.
