Results osthole 0.042 ~ 0.336 μ g in a good linear relationship, r = 0.999 7, the average recovery was 100.91%, RSD of 2.42% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, high sensitivity, reproducibility, and can be used for the preparation of quality control.
