Methods Diamond C18 column (5μm, 4.6 × 150mm), the column temperature was at room temperature, mobile phase: methanol - water (70:30), flow rate 1ml/min, detection wavelength: 240nm, with peak area calculation. Results The linear range of 4 ~ 24μg/ml. The average recovery was (103.2 ± 3.2)% (n = 15). Conclusion The method is simple, fast, sensitive, dexamethasone acetate tablets can be used as an effective method of quality control.
