Human Resource Management includes six areas: personnel plan, recruitment and selection, pay and benefits, performance management, promotion changing of the guard, training and development; human resources management is defined as the completion of the management or personnel involved in the tasks required to master the various kinds of concepts and techniques. It includes: 1, job analysis (defined as an employee of the nature of the work undertaken); 2, to develop manpower planning and recruitment of personnel to carry out the work; 3, the selection of applicants; 4, guide and training new employees; 5 , wages and salaries of management (how to pay the employee compensation); 6, bonuses and benefits delivery; 7, work performance evaluation; 8, communication (interviews, recommendations, and discipline); 9, training and development; 10 employees dedicated to cultivating spirit.
