Hydrogen sulfide on rat limb compartment blast lung injury after injury

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 17 Hydrogen sulfide on rat limb compartment blast lung injury after injury On: Mo on a firm, Lai Xinan, Ning AC Lin, Wang Lili, Guodong Yang [Abstract] Objective To study the exogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on rat limb compartment blast lung injury after injury, of the drugs in the compartment H2S treatment of war injuries. Methods 80mg Diazodinitrophenol ( DDNP) paper point explosion source close to the rat left hind hock injury detonated inside the cabin. rats were randomly divided into three injury groups (E group: n = 32), injury + sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS ) group (S group: 5mg/kg NaHS, ip; n = 16) and normal control group (C group: n = 8). collection of lung tissue and blood specimens. shock wave pressure of rats was measured under the chest, lung tissue cystathionine lyase (CSE) activity and plasma H2S concentration, TNF @, IL 6, IL 10 concentrations and lung water content, lung histopathology observed. Results explosion in lung tissue after injury, CSE activity and plasma H2S concentration decreased significantly (P lt;0.05), TNF @, IL 6, IL 10 concentrations and lung water content than the corresponding values #8203;#8203;of normal control rats was significantly higher (P lt;0.05 or P lt;0.01), pulmonary hemorrhage, edema, inflammatory cell infiltration and alveolar structural damage was; and early post-injury rats given 5mg/kg NaHS lung tissue TNF @, IL 6, IL 10 concentrations were significantly reduced lung water content (P lt;0.05, vs E group), pulmonary hemorrhage, edema and inflammatory cells infiltration reduced significantly. Conclusions compartment body blast injury in rats can cause serious lung injury; and early may inhibit the proper amount to give H2S levels of inflammatory response and reduce lung injury after blast injury.
