Methods 40 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 20 cases of hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and control group (conventional treatment group 20), the results were the treatment groups were compared. Results After 6 months GOS outcome score assessed according to two groups of treatment. hyperbaric oxygen treatment group was 45% good (9), control group 20 % (4 cases). Conclusions mechanism of traumatic cerebral infarction with mass effect after traumatic brain injury, vasospasm, hemodynamic changes and other factors. hyperbaric oxygen can improve the blood oxygen content, improve microcirculation and hemodynamic function, to correct hypoxia ischemia and infarction, and promote recovery of neurological function and improve the prognosis is good rate and reduce the degree of disability, is safe and effective adjuvant treatment.
