Methods coronary artery ligation in rats 30 min, reperfusion 90 min, caused by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model. Conclusion iso-steviol can reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia and its mechanism may be related to mitoKATP of liberalization.
