Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (laparoscopic cholecy-stectomy, LC) after more than ten years of development, this technology has been widely used, with less trauma, suffering light, quick recovery and safe and reliable. Practice has proved that, even if the 80-year-old patient, LC is safe [1]. This study a total of 485 cases of elderly patients over the age of 60 laparoscopic cholecystectomy, is now on its experience of perioperative reports summarized as follows. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information In January 2000 to 2O07 years, the Second Hospital of Jiaxing City in December of the 485 cases of general surgery in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, of which 203 cases of male, female 282 cases, aged 60 to 83 years old, with an average (66.41 ± 3.72) years of age .
