Methods of Sheep 10, placed - 25 cold and dry outdoor 3 hours, 77 pistol shooting side of the hind leg, causing the middle tibia fracture. were taken pre-injury, injury 2,4,6,8,12,24 hours of blood, testing blood ALP, LDH, CK levels. The results did not change after injury, ALP, LDH, CK gradually increased 8 hours after injury, reached the peak, then gradually declined. Conclusion shot cold and dry environment of local tissue injury can be reduced to protect the cell membrane, reducing intracellular enzyme release. [Keywords:] bullet wounds; fracture; alkaline phosphatase; lactate dehydrogenase; creatine kinase Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes of serum enzymes (ALP, LDH, CK) in sheep suffered from gunshot fracture on limbs in cold and dry environment.Methods Ten sheep were kept in cold and dry environment (-25 ) for 3 hours, and then their single hind limbs were fractured in middle tibia with 7.7 type handgun.The contents of ALP, LDH, CK in vein blood were determined at 0,2,4,6,8,12 and 24 hours after injury.Results The content of LDH, CK tended to rise after injury, which peaked at 8 hours after injury and then dropped gradually.The ALP had no changes at all.Conclusion The result shows that the partial tissue damage could be alleviated after gunshot injury in the cold and dry environment, which can protect cell membrane and decrease the release of the enzymes in cells.
