Lindl.’s Volatile oil and petroleum ether extract of the chemical constituents studied. Methods petroleum ether extract and steam distillation of volatile oils obtained by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry - Data Systems GC (GC / MS / DS) technology for analysis identified. The results of volatile oil were identified 72 kinds of ingredients, petroleum ether extracts identified 69 kinds of ingredients. Conclusion volatile oil and petroleum ether extract of the categories of main components are aliphatic compounds. Using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry - Data Systems GC (GC / MS / DS) technology and low-polarity of the volatile oil from parts of the chemical composition of fast, easy and accurate analysis of identification. MethodsWater steam distillation and GC / MS / DS were used. Results72 compounds were separated and identified from the total essential oil, and 69 compounds were identified from the petrol ether extract. ConclusionFattic compounds make up the main body of both the essential oil and petrol ether extract. GC / MS / DS is a good, simple and accurate method for the analysis of chemical constituents of the volatile oil and petrol ether extract from A. roxburghii.
