Methods of surfactant concentration, buffer concentration and pH, temperature and voltage optimization, to choose the best separation conditions. Results The optimum separation conditions borate salts: sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (40mmol / L borate, 10mmol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate, with boric acid adjusted pH9.35, containing 0.35% sodium dodecyl sulfate); detection wavelength of 214nm , voltage 30kV, 30 ℃ , the baseline separation of the main components of teicoplanin, and established a new approach to the methodology validation. Conclusion The capillary electrophoresis method practical, low cost, quality control of the species provides a choice of new methods.
