An important regulator of MC to human enzyme (protein phosphatase 1 and 2A) has a potential inhibitory effect 〔 1〕 , been shown to lead to humans, livestock and wild animals died. Many countries according to World Health Organization recommended values 〔 2〕 established a drinking water MC-leucine-arginine (LR) limit criteria, the maximum allowable concentration of 1  0μ g / L. China’s ‘Drinking Water Hygienic Standard’ 〔 3〕 and ‘urban water supply water quality standards’ 〔 4〕 in both MC-LR provides the maximum concentration of 1  0μ g / L. The chemical nature of the MC is very stable, conventional water treatment processes for their removal rate lower. Therefore, conventional treatment prior to the search for effective removal of MC pretreatment methods, for the safety and security of drinking water of great significance. In this paper, removal of algal toxins in raw water pretreatment method of research are reviewed. Removal of algal toxins in a pre-oxidation method 1  1 Pre-chlorination since the 20th century, chlorine has been used as a water treatment agent.
