Cerebral embolism in mice was induced by the revulsant. The effects of NefNL was observed compared with physiological saline (negative control group), Nef injection and the common Nef liposomes at the same concentration (positive control groups). Results Compared with the negative control group, all the three Nef preparations had significant effects on the two mice models.Compared with the two positive control groups, NefNL could enhance the effects significantly. Conclusion NefNL had promising preventative effects on cerebral anoxia and cerebral embolism in mice.
