Approach through the establishment of bovine serum albumin (BSA) induced MsPGN animal models, using optical microscopy, electron microscopy and in situ hybridization technology and detection methods, comprehensive in-depth exploration of the kidney-ning Shuiwan MsPGN the mechanism of the treatment. Results (1) MsPGN animal model to copy the success of light microscopy, electron microscopy pathological detection of pathological changes similar to human MsPGN; (2) Shen Ning Shuiwan significantly inhibited glomerular mesangial cells (MC) proliferation, mesangial matrix (MM) increased role; (3) Shen Ning Shuiwan a significant reduction in immune complexes in glomerular mesangial and basement membrane (GBM) deposition of the role; (4) Shen Ning Shuiwan can induce MC apoptosis. Conclusion Shen Ning Shuiwan be able to play multi-channel integrated mechanism of inhibition of glomerular MC proliferation, MM increased role, and may be involved in apoptosis of MC, the process of tackling the problem is a very promising compound in Chinese medicine preparations.
