 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma imaging diagnosis [Abstract] Objective To analyze the nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma sonographic features of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma ultrasound diagnosis and differential points. Methods of two-dimensional ultrasound surgery and 89 pathologically confirmed thyroid sonographic features of nodules were compared. The results were seen in both the thyroid nodule, 39 cases of nodular goiter, thyroid adenoma, 50 cases of preoperative diagnosis of nodular goiter in 3 cases , accounting for 7.69%, misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma in 36 cases, accounting for 92.31%, correct diagnosis of thyroid adenoma in 48 cases, accounting for 96%, misdiagnosed as nodular goiter in 2 cases, accounting for 4%. Conclusions nodular misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma, goiter, according to the pathological basis of two different characteristics of ultrasound images formed to help both the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
