A clinical data 1.1 General Information endoscopy and laboratory testing were Hp-positive gastric ulcer patients with 126 cases in men and 91 cases, female 35 cases; aged 25 to 61 years old, with a median age of 40 years of age; which duodenal 84 cases of ulcer, gastric ulcer in 40 patients (gastric lesser curvature in 31 cases, 7 cases of gastric antrum, gastric body 2 cases), complex ulcer in 2 cases (stomach, duodenum combined ulcer); ulcer area of 0.8 ~ 2.0cm. Select Case: (1) benign ulcers, non-malignant and severe complications; (2) lack of motivation, brain, kidney and other organ dysfunction; (3) to exclude pregnancy, breast-feeding women; (4) 1 ~ 2 weeks before treatment have not taken off antibiotics, PPI, H2 receptor antagonists; (5) no history of drug allergy and the gastrointestinal, biliary surgical history; (6) without taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, smoking, alcohol bad habits; (7 ) in patients with good medication compliance. 1.2 Methods 126 patients were divided into three groups, treatment group (A group) 45 cases in control group 1 (B g
