On Mixture in Treatment of Kidney Clinical analysis of chronic renal failure [Abstract] observed the treatment of chronic renal failure kidney Security mixture (CRF’s clinical efficacy. Methods 60 patients with CRF were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group, 30 cases with kidney Security mixture, the control group of 30 patients with aldehyde oxygen starch. Observation and treatment before and after the serum creatinine (Cr, blood urea nitrogen (BUN, creatinine clearance rate of endogenous (Ccr, serum albumin (ALb change and TCM syndrome score. Results After treatment, patients with CRF serum Cr, BUN, serum albumin (ALb and TCM syndrome score decreased significantly compared with before treatment (P all lt;0.01, clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 80.3%, 66.6% in the control group, 2 groups was statistically significant difference (P lt;0.05, treatment group than the control group . Conclusion kidney mixture can improve the safety and renal function in CRF patients, regulating cytokines, reducing TCM syndrome score, improve quality of life, delaying the process of chronic renal failure. Methods 60 cases with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group, which was treated by Yishenan composition, and control group, which was treated by aldehyde oxystarch.Serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine clearance, plasma-albumin (ALb) and symptoms score of TCM were observed before and after treatment. Results SCr, BUN, Alb and symptoms score of TCM after treatment obviously decreased in comparison with those before treatment in two groups (P lt;0.01).
