Methods weaning rats (F0 generation) were fed the nucleotide content of 0,0.01 %, 0.04%, 0.16%, 0.64%, 1.28% of the test substance feed 90 d, the male and female mating 1:1, the litter size in mice as Fl, Fl 90 d after weaning feeding after the second-generation reproduction test and repeat the experiments until the end of the experiment several generations of breeding, F3 generation of birth; each generation of rats after weaning 90 d, specimens from blood samples of serum uric acid, urea nitrogen, creatinine levels and kidney pathology. Results of exogenous nucleotides acid so that F1, F2, F3 generation of male rats significantly decreased serum uric acid levels, female rats had no significant effect .4 rat kidneys were no pathological changes. Conclusions In this study doses, exogenous nucleotides acid can reduce serum uric acid levels in male offspring, and no kidney damage. Methods Weanling rats (F0) were fed to exogenous nucleotides at the dose of 0, 0.01%, 0.04%, 0.16%, 0.64%, 1.28% for 90 days and then male and female rats mated for 1:1 pattern. The offspring of F0 was F1. F1 rats were fed to exogenous nucleotides for 90 days after they were weaned. And then go on to the second reproductive experiment. Repeat the progress above until F3 rats were born. After every generation fed for 90 days, blood samples were collected to detect the contents of serum uric acid, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and then the pathologic examination of kidney was performed.
