Methods: A retrospective analysis of degenerative thoracic spinal stenosis, 13 cases were treated with posterior decompression. Materials and methods Degenerative thoracic spinal stenosis in 13 cases, 9 males and 4 females; age 46 to 73 years, mean 57.3 years old; duration of 5 months to 9 years, no significant history of trauma.
