Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate and suitable for oral pediatric Qingre quality control of the lung. Methods The assay was performed on DiamonsiLTM C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonirile 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (10:90) under a flow rate of 1 mL min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm and column temperature was 30 . Results It showed good linearity in the range of 16.28-81.4 g of chlorogenic acid (r = 0.999 6, n = 5 ). The average recovery was 100.31% (RSD = 1.45%). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the determination of total chlorogenic acids in Xiaoer Qingre Lifei oral solution.
