 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 16 Pregnancy and systemic lupus erythematosus clinical study typing 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in different sub-types with pregnancy clinical features, treatment and pregnancy outcome. Methods A retrospective analysis of 19 patients with SLE nephritis lesions polyarticular type and clinical data of patients with pregnancy. Results 11 cases of nephritis-type patients, 8 cases got worse, in 5 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension. 8 cases of lesions of articular condition deteriorated in 2 cases, 1 case of pregnancy-induced hypertension; 19 cases of patients with glomerulonephritis type 1 abortions and 1 case of fetal death, more than 17 cases of the successful birth of fetal, maternal and child safe . Conclusions Patients with SLE nephritis type of pregnancy compared with lesions in patients with polyarticular disease of pregnancy has resulted in the deterioration and occurrence of pregnancy-induced hypertension, pregnancy loss rate increased.
