Methods Pregnant women cesarean section were divided into 3 groups: breath-hold 30min or more (A group, n = 500), breath-hold 30min or less (B group, n = 500), no-breath-hold (C group, n = 601). Statistics epidural catheter back to the number of cases of blood. Results A group of 49 cases of catheter back to the blood (9.8%), B group catheter back to the blood in 44 cases (8.8%), C group 35 cases of catheter back to the blood (5.83%), A group and C group, the difference was significant. Conclusion pregnant women may increase the long breath-hold the blood back to the rate of epidural catheter.
