Methods 120 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with diabetes psychological problems and nursing interventions were analyzed retrospectively. Results 120 patients were in varying degrees, eliminating anxiety, fear, pessimism is conducive to disease recovery. Conclusion of effective nursing interventions can reduce blood sugar, disease control and improve quality of life. With the improvement of living standards of China’s population and population aging, senile diabetes prevalence increased year by year, 60 to 80-year-old age of peak prevalence of diabetes [1].
