Results families of patients with obvious negative psychological state of anxiety which were 36, 100%; fear were 30 83.3%; due to family illness led to its significant headache, palpitation, shortness of breath and other discomfort 25%, respectively, 41.67%, 19.44%. lead to psychological problems the families of the factors that influence the size of the order under the condition of patients weight, there is always condition changes, fear of losing loved ones; information missing; ICU visitation system limits the time for family visits; the existing nursing shortage, does not guarantee one to one care; treatment costs higher. Conclusion common families of ICU patients with negative psychological state, especially anxiety, fear as much, even for some families their loved ones in the critical stages of the disease is not caused by its own, ICU health care workers treating patients in a carefully taking into full account the psychological status of family members as possible to show concern, ease the psychological pressure of the families, to reduce the psychological discomfort families, reflecting the overall people-centered care philosophy.
