Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into model group, Danshen group, the top three benefits Liver Recipe group and the normal group. to dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) induced by intraperitoneal injection of rat liver fibrosis model, modeling compound Danshen group fed while giving Danshen, the top three Yigan Recipe group while giving the top three benefits modeling liver granules orally for 4 weeks .4 weeks after the rats were killed the liver tissue samples, light microscopy of liver pathological changes were measured by radioimmunoassay serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Results compared with the normal group, model group, Masson staining of liver tissue and serum MDA collagen fiber area was significantly increased (P lt;0.05), serum SOD activity was significantly decreased (P lt;0.05), compared with model group, the top three Yigan granule Group Masson staining of collagen fibers area and serum MDA levels were significantly decreased (P lt;0.05), while SOD activity was significantly increased (P lt;0.05). Masson staining of collagen fiber size and serum MDA levels were positively correlated (r = 0.435, P lt; 0.05), and SOD activity was negatively correlated (r =- 0.358, P lt;0.05). Conclusion The top three have good Yigan granule on experimental liver fibrosis, the main mechanism of liver lipid peroxidation and anti- injury.
