Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, acupuncture group was divided into 24h, 72h, 168h three time groups, using a collagenase / heparin injection rat model of cerebral hemorrhage prepared to give Baihui penetration electro-acupuncture treatment of the temple, RT-PCR method observed three parts of brain tissue (hematoma around the left side of striatum and right hippocampus) H-ATPase β subunit mRNA expression changes. Results after intracerebral hemorrhage three sites are making H-ATPase β subunit mRNA expression changes. 24h after the hematoma around the H-ATPase β subunit mRNA expression decreased, and gradually deteriorated (72h, 168h). Contralateral mirror site (left side of the striatum) only appeared in the early 24h minor H-ATPase β subunit mRNA expression decreased, and then returned to normal. Distant site (right hippocampus) lighter than pathological changes around the hematoma, but the emphasis is on the opposite side, 72h after emergence of the H-ATPaseβ subunit mRNA decreased significantly. Hematoma around the acupuncture group only appeared 72h mitochondrial H-ATPase β subunit mRNA decreased, hematoma contralateral no abnormal changes in distant parts of decrease after 168h; acupuncture group at different time segments diseases is significantly lighter than the model group. Conclusion of acupuncture on three parts of H-ATPaseβ subunit mRNA has a regulatory role, acupuncture has a spatial effect.
