Methods Using a variety of chromatography methods of separation and purification, by 1H, 13C-NMR and MS spectral techniques to determine the structure of compounds. The results from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum isolated eight compounds were identified as: Ganoderma lucidum alcohol B (ganoderiol B, 1), Ganoderma lucidum acid A (ganoderic acid A, 2), Ganoderma lucidum acid A (lucidenic acid A, 3), Ganoderma lucidum terpene ketone diol (ganodermanondiol, 4), 3,7,11,15,23-5O-5α -wool steroid -8 - en -26 acid (3,7,11,15,23-pentaoxo-5α -lanosta -8-en-26-oic acid, 5), ergosta -7, 22 - diene-3β -ol 15 PHAs (ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β -ol-pentadecanoate, 6), ergot steroid -7, 22 - diene-3β -ol (ergost a-7 ,22-dien-3β -ol, 7) and are 26 acid (n-hexacosanoic acid, 8). Conclusions Among them, compound 8 was the first time from this plant were isolated.
