Methods of displaced proximal humeral fractures of 174 patients, the Neer classification of fractures in 122 cases and 8 cases of the second part of the three-part fractures Clover plate line, 30 cases of the three parts of four-part fracture and 3 cases of proximal humerus fractures locking compression plate (1ocking proximal hunerus plate, LPHP) fixation, and 5 cases of the three parts of four-part fractures and 6 cases of fracture line of humeral head replacement (humeral head replacement, HHR). Results after internal fixation of all fractures healed with no deformity. healing time was 8 to 12 weeks, an average of 10 weeks. humeral head arthroplasty, loosening of prosthesis does not appear , dislocation and so on. All the patients had no infections, nerve, vascular damage and other complications. Conclusions Surgical treatment of proximal humeral fractures can be achieved more satisfactory results.
