ResultsThe analysis of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz showed that the content of polysaccharide was 15.3% and there were at least 17 kinds of amino acids, the total content was 73.73 mg * g-1.ConclusionThe established method is quite suitable for identification and quantification of polysaccharide and amino acids in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.It is simple, effective, rapid, accurate and sensitive.
