Methods 110 patients with active RA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 55 cases. The treatment group was combined with western side of Traumatology Fumigation treatment, the control group only western medicine treatment for 4 weeks. Observation 2 groups before and after treatment the clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms and laboratory changes in serum by ELISA assay TNF-@ and IL-1β levels. the treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 72.7% and 49.1%, treatment group was significantly higher (P lt;0.05). the treatment and control groups were significantly improved clinical symptoms (P lt;0.05), but the treatment group than the control group (P lt;0.05). treatment group ESR, C-reactive protein, TNF-@ and IL-1β were significantly lower (P lt;0.05), no significant change in the control group (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion Trauma Fumigation side down TNF-@ and IL-1β may be an important mechanism for the treatment of RA one.
