Abstract: To promote a new round of college English teaching reform in the smooth development of the correct interpretation of “College English Curriculum Requirements (For Trial Implementation)” on the Computer Assisted Language Learning is an important part of the connotation of the content. Its main contents include the role of computer-assisted foreign language teaching, characteristics, principles, teaching concepts and the relationship between the traditional classroom. On this basis, the need to note that the hardware construction, software construction, teacher training, relevant theory, research, individual learning and collaborative learning and teaching mode, so as to ensure the success of the reform and promotion of China-round development of Computer Assisted Language Learning .
