On research-oriented teacher Reflections on the study
[Abstract] “research-based teacher” is the hot issue of discussion of China’s education sector, one of the research mainly deals with what is research-oriented teachers, research-based teacher training quality of the structure and how to research teachers. Research problem is that for research-based teacher’s request is too idealistic; research allowed to define the role of teachers; research-based teacher research content is unknown; cultivation strategy is too generalized, did not reflect the professional growth of teachers and other laws.

In 2001 the Ministry of Education issued a “Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program (Trial)” notice, thus the largest one since the founding of the curriculum reform in full swing. “Outline” clear that we need to change too much emphasis on curriculum implementation to accept learning, rote, mechanical training, the status quo, promote active participation of students are willing to explore and diligent hands-on, training students the ability to collect and process information, analysis and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to exchange and cooperation. Therefore, in order to adapt to student research-based learning, inquiry learning, cooperative learning needs, developing a “research-oriented teacher” became the new education and research is an important proposition.
