教育随笔：洋洋咬人了 晨间自由活动时，我正在准备教具，几个孩子冲过来拉着我的衣服大声说：“老师，洋洋咬人了。”我急忙跑过去，楚楚白嫩的手背上一排清晰的牙印赫然在目。我正准备大声呵斥洋洋的时候，发现他一个人呆呆地站在那里，眼睛里噙满了泪水。洋洋平时是个性格温和的孩子，今天是怎么了? 我问道：“我们要请于老师当医生，为楚楚擦药，哪个小朋友愿意当小护士陪着楚楚呀?”“楚楚，我陪着你吧，一点都不疼的。”“楚楚，我给你讲故事，一会儿就好了。”孩子们簇拥着楚楚离开了。 洋洋小心翼翼地瞄了我一眼，又呆站在那里，头埋得更低了。我问：“洋洋，你愿意当小护士，去陪着楚楚吗?”“哇……”洋洋突然大哭起来：“老师，我没咬楚楚，我想和她玩小狗啃骨头的游戏。爸爸在家里也咬我，一点都不疼的。我想给她们看看小狗是怎么啃骨头的……我下次再也不玩这个游戏了。” 原来是这样，我轻轻地为洋洋擦干眼泪：“洋洋，我们玩游戏之前，一定要先告诉小朋友怎么玩，爸爸咬你的时候是轻轻的，像老师这样，对吗?”说完，我在他的小手上轻轻地亲了一下。“来，你再试试。”我伸出自己的手让洋洋模仿。“哎哟，真舒服!”我笑眯眯地说。 看着洋洋脸上露出的笑容，我的心情也好了起来，但同时也陷入了思考。以往我们做游戏，都是教师在安静的环境下解说游戏规则，也是由教师来示范，孩子只是参与者，很少有机会担任组织者的角色，也没有向同伴解释游戏规则的机会，我们很多时候都忽略了孩子这方面的需求。我想，今后，我要给孩子提供更多组织游戏的机会，让他们来做游戏真正的主人。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
