山西医科大学硕士学位论文 β防御素-2在天疱疮皮损中表达的研究 要 目的： 研究HBD-2在天疱疮皮损中的表达部位及情况，进而发现其HBD-2与天疱疮 发病是否存在一定的联系。 方法： 取20例天疱疮患者皮损，20例天疱疮患者中，男10例，女10例；寻常型银 屑病患者皮损共20例作为阳性对照组，其中男7例，女13例；取20例正常双眼皮 手术患者皮损作为正常对照组，其中男6例，女14例。 结果： HBD-2在天疱疮皮损中的表达见于表皮基底层、棘层、颗粒层可以大量表达。 寻常型银屑病主要在基底层、棘层和颗粒层细胞的胞浆中表达。而正常皮肤基底层表 达呈阴性或者不表达。HBD-2 在天疱疮皮损中的表达较正常皮肤及银屑病 （Z=-11.188，P0.05；Z=-4.050，P0.05）均高。 结论： HBD-2参与了天疱疮的发病过程，不仅能介导机体释放免疫因子，从而进行免 疫应答，并且一定程度上减少感染的发生，但由于防御素表达在其表皮全层，而天疱 疮患者表皮易破损脱落，因此在临床治疗上依然根据患者病情依然给予一定抗感染治 疗。 关键词：天疱疮；防御素-2；银屑病 I 山西医科大学硕士学位论文 Studyofβ-defensin-2intheexpressedofpemphigus Abstract Objective: By studying the HBD - 2 expression in pemphigus, HBD - 2 and pemphigus relationshipofthedisease.
