First , in the financial crisis. the bank credit crunch and corporate financing difficulty expand the cooperation opportunity between shipping companies and ships financial leasing companies ,Secondly , the Chinese Government has launched a 4 trillion economic stimulus package which has brought a historic opportunities for the development of ships financíal lease business. so it can be seen that a huge potential market for ship financial leasing industry is emerging. but at the same time , we should also have a clear understanding of the risks in ships financial lease market. ln this article. the author first briefly introduces the concept of leasing the ship and through a map enumerates in detail the parties involved in ship leasing; then lists the risks that may be encountered in the business
