Itisworthytobementionedthattheself-madeautomobileheterodyneinterferometerhasacompactsizebecausealltheoptical componentsareinstalledinthemechanismofthesystem.Besides,theself-madeautomobileheterodyneinterferometerhassome muchmoremerits,forexample,automobilecontrol,asimplesetup,inreal-timetest,reliability,andsoforth.Besides,itisvery stablebecauseofitscommonopticalpathinsensitivetoenvironmentaldisturbances.Anditsfeasibilityisdemonstrated. 1.Introduction [8]byphase-sensitiveheterodyneinterferometrytomeasure phaseretardationversusrotationalangleofanOCBcelland determinethecellparametersbycurving?ttingstotheore- ticalcalculationsin2010. Asiswellknown,liquidcrystaldisplays(LCDs)haveseveral distinctadvantages,forexample,lightweight,thinandless volumeovertheconventionaldisplays.Inrecentyears,ithas grownrapidlyandbeenappliedinmanyproducts,suchas pads,smartmobilephonescreen,notebookpanel,PCscreen, and LCD TV. If large LCDs are used for monitor
