We construct a novel reproducing kernel space and give the expression of reproducing kernel skillfully.Basedontheorthogonal basisofthereproducing kernelspace,ane?cientalgorithm is provided ?rstly tosolve athree-point boundary value problem ofparabolic equations with two- space integral condition. The exact solution ofthis problem canbeexpressed bytheseries form. Thenumerical method issupported bystrongtheories.
