Weinvestigate the existence of solutions for aclass of second-order q-di?erence inclusions with nonseparated boundary conditions. By using suitable ?xed-point theorems, we study the cases whentheright-hand sideoftheinclusions hasconvexaswellasnonconvex values. 1.Introduction Thediscretizationoftheordinarydi?erentialequationsisanimportantandnecessarystep towards?ndingtheirnumericalsolutions.Insteadofthestandarddiscretizationbasedonthe arithmeticprogression,onecanuseanequallye?cientq-discretizationrelatedtogeometric progression.Thisalternativemethodleadstoq-di?erenceequations,whichinthelimitq → 1 correspond to the classical di?erentialequations. q-di?erence equations arefound to be quiteusefulinthetheoryofquantumgroups1.Forhistoricalnotesanddevelopmentof thesubject,wereferthereaderto2,3whilesomerecentresultsonq-di?erenceequations can be found in 4–6. However, the theory of boundary value problems for nonlinear q- di?erenceequationsisstillintheinitialstages,andmanyaspectsofthistheoryneedtobe explored. Di?erential inclusions arise in the mathematical modelling of certain problems in economics, optimal control, stochastic analysis, and
