To this point, color words have more than their literal meanings. They also have rich associative meanings. This article firstly analyzes the cultural differences of color words from the national psychology, historical tradition, religious beliefs, habits and customs, emotion of the color. And then it probes into their influences on the language with detailed discussion, pointing out the similarities and differences which exist in the language performance.
