学兔兔 化 工 进 展 ·678· CHEMICAL INDUSTRY AND ENGINEERING PROGRESS 20 1 3年第32卷第3期 TA162824原油破乳剂的复配 石斌龙，张谋真，程 蝉，刘启瑞 (陕西省化学反应工程重点实验室，延安大学化学与化工学院，陕西延安716000) 摘 要：以有机胺为起始剂、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为单体、氢氧化钾为催化剂，合成嵌段聚醚型破乳剂单剂 TA162824，用TA162824分别与助剂TEAC和DMA按不同比例进行复配，用瓶试法分别对陕北油田的河庄坪 和子长原油进行脱水实验。结果表明，对河庄坪原油，在55℃，破乳剂总用量100 megL，脱水时问6 h时， TA162824与TEAC以2：3和3：2、与DMA以4：1的比例进行复配，脱水率最高，分别达到99．7％、97．8％； 对子长原油，在65℃，破乳剂总用量200 mg／L，脱水时间6 h时，TA162824与TEAC以2：3和1：4、与DMA 以4：1的比例进行复配，脱水率最高，分别达到97-3％和99-3％。其中TA162824与TEAC以2：3、与DMA 以4：1的复配物对这两种不同原油的脱水率等性能都好，适应性强。 关键词：原油；破乳剂；复配破乳剂；助剂 中图分类号：O647 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1000—6613(2013)03—0678—03 DOh 10．3969／j．issn．1000—6613．2013．03．033 Combinational demulsifiers of 162824 SHIBinlong，ZHANGMouzhen，CHENGChan，LIUQirui (ShaanxiKeyLaboratoryofChemicalReactionEngineering，CollegeofChemistryandChemical，Yan’anUniversity，Yan’all 716000，Shaanxi，China) Abstract：Using organic amine as primer，propylene oxide(PO)and epoxy ethane(EO)as monomer， po~sium hydroxide as catalyst，the TA162824 multi-block polyether demulsifier was synthesized and combined with TEAC and DMA at different proportions．Dehydration experiments of the combinational demulsifiers were conducted at 55。C in 6 h at demulsifier concentration of 100 mgm for Hezhuangping crudeoil，andat65℃ in6hatdemulsifierconcentrationof200mg／LforZichang crudeoilinNorthShaanxi oil fields by bottle test．1]he results showed that for Hezhuangping c
