Conclusions:Ourresultsshowthattheamountofantigenencounteredbyna?¨veCD8+Tcellsfollowingimmunizationwith dendriticcellsdoesnotinfluencethegenerationoffunctionaleffectorCD8 TcellsbutratherthenumberofCD8 memory + + + Tcellsthatpersistinthehost.OurdatasupportamodelwhereantigenicepitopedensitysensedbyCD8 Tcellsatpriming influencesmemorygenerationbymodulatingBcl6,EomesandNor-1expression.
