【Abstract】 open education as a special form of higher education, should comprehensively improve the quality of students as the main goal, “heavy professional, light quality” philosophy of education was restricted to varying degrees, open education round development of students is not conducive to open education personal growth of students. In our country the context of building a socialist harmonious society, strengthening the humanistic quality education of students help to promote the comprehensive development of open education, humanities and the quality of education has become open education an important part can not be ignored.

Open education is the full use of modern means of education and modern information technology to realize the modernization of education and socialization of a new form of education. Of open education students aged mostly 20-45 years old, open education with “students for the working, adult learning,” the characteristics and skills that improve the management knowledge and access to a higher level diploma to become-the-job trainees to choose to participate in a major study of open education factors, therefore, from a practical point of view, a lot of participants to learn more obvious utilitarian value orientation, have varying degrees, there is a “heavy professional, light quality,” “re-skill, light humanistic” phenomenon.
