In order to study style as the center of strengthening and improving student work
[Abstract] study style building is a long-term basic institutions of higher learning work and systems engineering. By analyzing the performance of the current non-performing style of study, their causes, proposed to study style construction, strengthening and improving the Feasibility of the new era of student work.

Students work in colleges and universities throughout the education work in order to cultivate the “four” new man as the fundamental task to guide students to learn knowledge, learn to work together, learn to be, learning to survive and help students to comprehensively improve the quality of the basic objectives. To achieve this goal, earnestly study style is the key. Because a good style of study is a kind of subtle, huge and invisible spiritual forces at all times in the pupils a strong role in nurturing and infection, can stimulate students to work hard and grow up healthily. The face of reform of higher education, enrollment employment system reform, reform of university logistics community and students the characteristics of an object such as changes in the new situation, how to play the students work in the role of college study style worthy of our study and exploration.
1, the current problems in the style of study of university students and cause analysis
For the new century, the contemporary university students, a good style of study should include: the political strive to excel, patriotic; studies assiduously, excellence; behavior civil and courteous, law-abiding; schoolmates solidarity and common progress and so on. This style of study, once formed, to every student in the school have a subtle influence and considerable binding code of conduct as the convention, so that every student in it.
