In addition, USP18 expression was deficient in MS patientscomparedwithhealthycontrols(p=0.0004).Weproposespecificbiomarkersthatmaybeconsideredinadditionto theMxAtoevaluateIFNbbioactivity,andtofurtherexploretheirimplicationinMSpathogenesis.
