毕 业 设 计(论 文) 题目 IAAT螺丝机设计 系部 自动化工程系 专业 电气自动化技术 姓名 鹿丙科 学号 G1110730 指导教师 武 建 卫 2014年 3 月 28 日摘要 近年来随着科技的飞速发展，PLC的应用正在不断地走向深入，同时带动传统控制检测日新月益更新。在实时检测和自动控制的单片机应用系统中，单片机往往是作为一个核心部件来使用，仅单片机方面知识是不够的，还应根据具体硬件结构，以及针对具体应用对象特点的软件结合，加以完善。 两轴运动控制系统在许多自动控制设备中都有应用，如X-Y台控制，医疗器械（如X光机）等。常用的上位控制单元有自开发单片机系统、具有运动控制功能的专用PLC（如欧姆龙、三菱）等。本文介绍一种更具开放性、控制更灵活的上位控制单元——S7-1200运动控制。 两轴运动控制系统的执行电机多采用步进电机或全数字式伺服电机。S7-1200运动控制是步进机电公司开发的基于PC机ISA总线的步进或数字式伺服电机的上位控制单元。它与PC机构成主从式控制结构：PC机负责人机交互界面的管理和控制系统的实时监控等工作；MPC01卡完成运动控制的细节（包括脉冲和方向信号的输出、自动升降速处理、原点和限位等信号的检测等）。 关键词： S7-1200PLC、运动控制、传感器 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, PLC applications are continually deepening, while the traditional control test drivethe crescent benefit update.
