Psychological intervention in reducing pain after open cholecystectomy role [Abstract] Objective To investigate the preoperative psychological intervention on patients after open cholecystectomy to reduce the analgesic effect. Methods 80 cases over the same period open cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases. Observation of patients in group assessment by professional nurses before their mental state, the implementation of psychological intervention effects were observed; control group were given routine psychological care. Results analgesic effect observed group than the control group, pain was reduced. Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the postoperative analgesia and effective pain relief after surgery. With the basic theory of pain in recent years of research, we have gradually realized the pain adverse effects on the body. Relying solely on drugs in clinical practice often can not obtain a satisfactory postoperative analgesia [1]. and psychological therapy in analgesia has attracted much attention. in June 2008 to November 2008, on our hospital for open cholecystectomy patients with psychological intervention method reduce postoperative pain, the effect is significant, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General information from June 2008 to November 2008 cholecystectomy in our hospital of 96 patients. 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria, 16 patients did not comply. To meet the requirements of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group . observation of 40 cases, including 19 males and 21 females, age (47.51 + -11.69 years) in the control group, 40 cases, including 20 males and 20 females, age (48.65 + -12.66 years). Two groups in gender, age, weight, time after surgery was no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). 1.2 The inclusion and exclusion criteria
