[Abstract] In the current secondary vocational education, English language teaching more and more demonstrated its outstanding role, how to cultivate that can adapt to a market economy under the conditions of application of the English language proficiency, and has a certain professional and technical skills, we urgently need solutions of a problem. This article on the current employment problems in the teaching of English conducted a targeted analysis and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
