Training mode CDIO education and management for College Students - Scientific Exploration Instructors [Abstract] CDIO by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden Chalmers University of Technology and Link#246;ping University in Sweden after years of research, exploration and practice co-founded the engineering education reform model. CDIO model, ideas (conceive) - design (design), - implementation (implement) - run (operate) is a complete system life cycle model. First, the idea (conceive). In the CDIO model, the concept is the first phase, including the identification of customer needs, business strategy, business plan vision, mission, namely, clarifying ideas, clear goals. A clear mission and goals is the most basic part of it is directly related to the follow-up to carry out several links in the students education and management, as counselors we first need to establish the integration of sustainable development thinking, a clear higher education in which students play the role of a lifetime. University is an important stage in the growth of a person’s life, professional knowledge for students to learn the best time, while the student world, life and values form the c
